Why evaluated pre-prod docs? It is vital in ensuring tat the final version that is sent to the production team is effective If documents are not checked it could cause major planning problems How to evaluate: Suitability of content for meeting the brief and usefulness in aiding the production team in producing the product Suitability of content for the target audience  You should use: Positive language  Consideration for the original designer/creator Specfic feedback on any suggested improvement - justify why it would make the document more effective  Flat Plan:

Concept art: Concept art is a form of illustration used to convey an idea for use in films, video games, animation, comic books, or other media before it is put into the final product. Concept art is important because it give the guide lines for the feeling of the product/idea you are showing. It gives off the overall feel of the idea. Visualisation diagrams: Detailed drawing providing images of what the idea/product will look like, and how it may work.   Will have annotations, can be changed as the process goes on It is useful because it gives you the first basis of the idea of what the product/idea could look like. Project managment is the role of ensuring that all aspects of a given production rin smoothly by overseeing a number of people/departments. The PM would ensure that deadlines are met and the brief is followed by liasing with and holding them to account (accountability). Project managment is the effective planning and running of project, from the idea point to the end product and evaluation. Planning requires an outline of the tasks, deadlines and milestones that will be required to manage the project efficiently. A product timeline schedule would need to be created for the creation of a meida product, to inlcude: Tasks that need to be done Deadlines for each task Milestones within the tasks and the overall project Gantt Chart: Uses horizontal bars to illustrate project completion dates, progress, milestones and dependencies Useful as it is simple and easy to create
